Today we celebrate the 225th anniversary of the signing of the U.S. Constitution and the ideals and principles on which this country was founded.
As president, I will adhere to and defend those principles, which have secured the blessings of liberty and served as the foundation for the greatest nation the Earth has ever known.
The United States Constitution is the bastion upon which the United States of America stands. Back in 1787, John Adams described the Constitution as being ”the greatest single effort of national deliberation the world has ever seen.”
From Matthew Spalding, Ph.D., Vice President, American Studies and Director, B. Kenneth Simon Center for Principles and Politics:
To this day, … the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution serve not only as powerful beacons to all those who strive for liberty and seek to vindicate the principles of self-government, but also as a warning to tyrants and despots everywhere. They are the highest achievements of our political tradition…
If you stand with our Founding Fathers, care about getting America back on track, care about preserving freedom, opportunity, prosperity, and an America where civil society flourishes, you must support Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan.
In an attempt to woo voters, Republicans and Democrats have put their best convention feet forward.
After just the first day of the Republican National Convention (a full day of activity was cancelled due to developing storm Isaac), Obama’s top adviser Robert Gibbs characterized the GOP gathering as “angry” and “strange” and “full of insults. His remarks must have been festering in a folded paper in his hip pocket for weeks; he was pretty pleased to grab a few headlines. What Gibbs wrote turned out to be a prognostication of his own party’s convention goings-on a few days later in Charlotte, NC…
In spite of the sensitive and well-handled Republican convention storm adaptations, some rabble-rousing Democrats called for a cancellation of the entire convention. But, once the Democratic National Convention got underway a few days later, there was no reference from speakers of Hurricane Isaac or helping the victims.
Our President’s re-election insecurity prompted a ‘save-me’ call to former president Bill Clinton. Team O thought he was needed to take center-stage to plaster some pizazz over Obama’s putrid economy. Yes, that Bill Clinton who once called Obama “the chief executor of good intentions” and formerly said of Obama “A few years ago, this guy would have been carrying our bags.” Yikes. Clinton jumped at the chance to appear be a team player while visions of Hillary in the White House (and himself) danced in his head.
Obama, in spite of doing his best to rattle the rafters, delivered a flat, warmed-over class-warfare speech we’ve numbingly heard before. Maybe knowing the jobs report numbers that were to be released today messed with his head.
ADDENDUM - A comment on Michelle Obama’s speech: One got the feeling Mrs. O spent a month of Sundays at studied speech practice in front of her ‘make-up’ mirror getting those inserted smiles and practiced pauses just right. The drama… Her “Obama hunched over his desk” (hunched – mind you!) poring over letters from people having a hard go in this hardship economy (no mention of Obama’s part in it) was that which made listening to her barely tolerable. But, the cake-taker for me was her affected stammers - meant to pepper following prose with dramatic sincerity but only highlighting insincerity – that relegated her to the category of ‘First Lady Duping-The-Folks Academy Award’. She laid it on too, too thick. Charles Krauthammer thought so, too:
Most brilliantly manipulative:
Michelle Obama, by three touchdowns. Beautifully structured, delivered with studied emotion — the feigned stammer to render natural a finely written telepromptered text was a touch of genius — she made the case for why her husband governed as he has.
Because he cares. He loves his wife, loves his children, loves his family — therefore he loves you. The syllogism, a total non sequitur, was laid on with panache.
It worked. She managed to drain her husband’s entire first term of any hint of ideological or personal motivation. He is driven by his caring, giving soul — not by a deeply felt ideology developed in youth: redistributionist, government-centered, disdainful of success, committed to his social-democratic view of social justice.
… Only a wife can turn a ruthlessly ambitious pol, who undid the Clintons four years ago and today relentlessly demonizes Romney, into a care bear. She pulled it off.
How about that floor flight spectacle over including “Jerusalem” and “God” in their platform?! They actually BOOED God. Plus, those numerous, hissing references to Republicans as Nazis were a turn-off and deeply insulting to those who have actually endured Nazism.
Don’t forget the featured steel worker who claimed he worked for Bain Capitol. He embellished his story against Bain by stating he lost his job when the Bain-controlled company GST steel filed for bankruptcy in the early 1990s. A big LIE.
In the end, Democrats tried to razzle-dazzle with actresses and musicians James Taylor, Mary J. Blige, and the Foo Fighters. An array of liberal speakers brought forth a parade of theatrical over-the-top rhetoric, misrepresentations, and outright lies about Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan. (Did you know Republicans are plotting to take the vote away from women? And, will do all within their power to stop women from using contraceptives? NOT.) Did you happen to catch former MI Governor Jennifer Granholm’s meltdown?
It was a circus of slander.
Mr. Gibbs, YOUR convention was angry, full of insults, and very strange.
FOX New’s Bret Baier caught up with Mitt Romney today in Sioux City, Iowa to ask him about Obama’s acceptance speech last night, today’s jobs report, repeated false claims he didn’t care about the American auto industry, doesn’t care about the U.S. military, and more:
UPDATE - Another Romney interview with FOX News’ Carl Cameron:
► With only 96,000 jobs created in August (down from 141,000 jobs in July), Obama’s hoped-for convention re-gilding isn’t going to happen:
The economy created only 96,000 jobs in August, the unemployment rate remains above 8 percent, and more than 350,000 Americans have dropped out of the work force. While some may focus on the jobs that were created last month, this jobs report is nothing but horrendous. I welcome any jobs, but American workers giving up on employment in the weakest recovery since the Great Depression is cause for alarm, not celebration.
The unemployment rate has not fallen below 8 percent for the past 43 months. The labor force participation rate is at the lowest level in 31 years. If the labor force participation rate were at the same level it was before the recession started, the unemployment rate would be 11.6 percent today. And the rate of “underemployment” or “real unemployment,” including the unemployed, those who want work but have stopped searching in this economy, and those who are forced to work part-time because they cannot find full-time employment is actually at 14.7 percent. We’re still experiencing a significant jobs crisis, whether President Obama recognizes it or not.
President Obama’s policies of more spending, more debt and more taxes haven’t worked. It’s way past time for a course correction. The country needs responsible leadership, not the President’s boasts over anemic growth and unending pleas for patience. Americans are looking for a sustained and real recovery. This weak report is nowhere near enough, and this has gone on long enough. Any real jobs plan must stop the regulatory madness and avert the fiscal cliff of tax increases on January 1. The health care law is yet another drag on the economy. Small businesses need tax relief and regulatory certainty to grow and hire.
What about the numbers of those Obama has been systematically slipping onto disability rolls after their unemployment benefits run out? Once on disability? Most always ON disability for life. Also, the Dept. of Labor today did what they usually do; they revised down the job numbers for the two previous months, resulting in 41,000 fewer jobs created than originally reported.
The way Obama opted to defend his record of failure today demeaned himself. Speaking at a rally, this is what he said on Romney, Ryan, and Republicans: “Tax cuts, tax cuts, gut some regulations, oh, and more tax cuts. Tax cuts when times are good, tax cuts when times are bad. Tax cuts to help you lose a few extra pounds. Tax cuts to improve your love life. It’ll cure anything, according to them.”
A few cheap laughs for a failed president.
Let’s turn that around, Obama: “Tax increases, tax increases, inflict more regulations, oh, and more spending increases. Tax increases when times are good, tax increases when times are bad. Spending increases to help you lose a few extra pounds. Tax increases to improve your love life. It’ll cure anything.”
Obama’s got nothin’. The middle class, small businesses, and the one in six Americans who have slipped into poverty are especially fed up. That’s why his manipulative oratory in Charlotte did not include a word about the USA’s staggering, almost incomprehensible debt of over $16 TRILLION and the 47 million Americans who, under his watch, now put groceries on the table with food stamps.

He’s been given the plum role of introducing Governor Mitt Romney this week (Aug 30th) at the GOP convention as Romney accepts the Republican nomination for president of the United States.
Who is it?
Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL).
CBS News’ Bob Schieffer snagged Rubio this morning for a ‘Face the Nation’ interview. Rubio had high praise for Romney; take a look at a portion of the interview:
BOB SCHIEFFER CBS NEWS: “Now you’re going to introduce Governor Romney at the convention. How is that speech coming along? Give us a little insight into how that works. What will be the tone? What will be the line…?”
SEN. MARCO RUBIO: “The two things I think will be clear by the end of this week is that this election’s not just a choice between two men or two political parties. It’s literally a choice about which direction we want this country to go. Do we think that the way forward is for us to become more like the rest of the world or is the way forward for us to help the rest of the world become more like us, a nation that’s bought into free enterprise, that believes that opportunity is created when people are given the confidence and the ability to go out and start businesses and grow existing businesses and then what can government do help that happen. I think the stakes are important for people to understand what’s at stake here. We’re not just voting for the person we like more. We’re also voting for two very different directions for our country. And in addition opted that, I hope people understand who Mitt Romney is. Because his business career has been well documented and his success is extraordinary in the business realm, but he’s so much more than that. He was a successful governor. The job he did at the Olympics in Salt Lake City was extraordinary by all accounts. And then, look at his personal life. This man is a personal role model to younger men like me, as a father, as a husband. You look how successful his family has been. Everywhere that he has ever gone, whether in his church or his community, he has made it better, using his talents and his time. I think Mitt Romney is a role model for people like me and, I think that Mitt Romney, as a person especially, and the kind of person we would all be proud for our kids to grow up and be like.”
• From RNC Chairman Reince Priebus:
“Senator Marco Rubio is without a doubt one of America’s most dynamic and inspiring leaders, and I am excited to announce that he will introduce Governor Romney at the Republican National Convention. … Senator Rubio is a proven leader and a man of true character, and it is fitting that he will take on such an important role at our convention in his home state. Throughout his career, he has shown true dedication to constitutional principles, fiscal responsibility and free enterprise. As the son of immigrants, he has witnessed the promise of the American Dream firsthand and has worked to secure that promise for future generations.”
• From William Harris, Republican National Convention Chief Executive Officer:
“Marco Rubio symbolizes the greatness of the American dream. He is the perfect leader to introduce Mitt Romney when he accepts his nomination. We are an extraordinary country because we have fought to preserve individual liberties that are the heartbeat of opportunity and achievement. Senator Rubio has experienced this in his own life, which will help him bring tremendous focus to how Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan’s agenda will lead the way to a better tomorrow.” …

Today we heard substantive words we’ve been waiting to hear…
Mitt Romney has a WALLOPING energy independence plan for the USA!
Revving up the crowd in oil-producing town Hobbs, New Mexico, Governor Romney unveiled his BOLD new direction for ending America’s dependence on foreign oil - and more. Choosing Watson Truck & Supply Co., a trucking, oil, and field service company as his backdrop, Romney spoke of getting America energy independent by 2020. It lit the audience on fire.
A portion of his speech:
Governor Romney: “Three million jobs come back to this country by taking advantage of something we have right underneath our feet. That’s oil, and gas, and coal. We’re going to make it happen. We’re going to create those jobs. Let me tell you what else it does. It adds $500 billion to the size of our economy. That is more good wages. That’s an opportunity for more Americans to have a bright and prosperous future. It also means, by the way, tens of billions, potentially hundreds of billions of dollars, of tax revenues going into states and the federal government which can make sure we have a military second to none and schools that lead the world and care for our seniors, better roads and bridges. Accomplishing what I’ve described right there also means lower energy prices for American families and by the way, for American businesses, so that as businesses are thinking about where to build a factory and they look at the cost of production, let’s say, of a particular product, and they look at the energy cost, they see that here in North America, we have ample energy and it is low cost. And that will bring businesses back here. So you are going to see more manufacturing come back to the United States as a result of doing what is so clearly in our best interest.”

UPDATE – PDF ‘The Romney Plan for a stronger Middle Class: ENERGY INDEPENDENCE’
More on Romney’s plan:
“It is achievable,” Romney said while flanked by heavy equipment used for oil exploration at a trucking facility. “This is not some pie in the sky kind of thing. This is a real, achievable objective.”
Romney’s slimmed-down six-point plan, previewed to reporters Wednesday evening, revolves around increasing domestic oil and gas production in order to spur job growth, while reducing red tape and streamlining federal regulations he argues hinder growth.
Among his proposals, Romney called for increased offshore drilling along the continental shelf, reducing wait times for drilling permits on federally controlled lands, and completing the Keystone XL pipeline to bring in oil from Canada - a constant criticism from Romney who has called its approval “a no brainer.”
The increased production, according a briefing paper released by the Romney campaign, will create 3 million jobs - 1 million of them in the manufacturing sector - and upwards of $500 billion in additional Gross Domestic Product. And for cash strapped municipalities and states, they argue it will increase tax revenues by up to $1 trillion over 10-years.
“That’s more good wages,” Romney said. “That’s an opportunity for more Americans to have a bright and prosperous future.”
In addition to the 15 million barrels already produced in the US daily, Romney said his proposals would produce 2 million barrels from off shore drilling, 2 million barrels from “tight” oil production - oil reached through horizontal drilling and “fracking” - 1 million barrels of bio diesel, and another 2 million barrels in natural gas. The extra production, Romney argues, would leave North America completely self-sufficient.
“The net of all this, as you can see, is by 2020, we’re able to produce somewhere between 23 and 28 million barrels per day of oil and we won’t need to buy any oil from the Middle East or Venezuela or anywhere else that we don’t want to,” Romney said.
Obama’s main energy focus has been on renewable energy and awarding outlandish amounts of taxpayer money to his ‘green‘ cronies - money which has mostly gone *poof* into thin air with few, if any, results - or went to foreign companies. And, surprise! As it turns out, Obama’s so-called “independent” energy loan watchdog, Herb Allison, is an Obama guy and is donating money to reelect him.
Contrary to all the facts and figures Obama is now spouting about his superb energy record, our President implemented a No New Access Energy Plan. Plus, remember back in 2008 when Obama said under his Administration’s policies that coal plants would go bankrupt? Once elected, he sicced the EPA on that right away. Don’t forget Obama’s billions of dollars loan to Brazil to develop their off-shore drilling (while suppressing U.S. off-shore permits) assuring them America would buy their oil. Guess what? Brazil’s oil is going to… CHINA. (Smell a rat? Go see the movie 2016: Obama’s America to understand why Obama does what he does. I guarantee your eyes will be opened.)
Love this photo and these guys! Romney greets some of America’s energy heroes - coal miners - who lined up earlier in the day to support him at his rally at American Energy Corp in Beallsville, Ohio on Aug 14, 2012. (Photo - Toledo Blade)
Romney also approves of renewables, but has the common sense to know that repressing fossil fuels in the hope that windmills and sunbeams will magically supply America’s commercial, military, and private sector needs is short-sighted and very foolish. Obama’s energy actions have STUNTED America and heaped more bills on the mountain of bills he’s racked up for U.S. citizens to pay. Sixteen TRILLION dollars of debt… coming soon to America!
Many Americans have been anxiously awaiting the day we develop our own energy sources in such a capacity that we no longer have to kowtow to oil cartels. Romney’s full-scope, forward-thinking plan to unleash the natural resources we’ve been blessed with, in an expedited yet responsible way, along with the massive resultant benefits, is VERY GOOD NEWS.
Ahead of the GOP National Convention, RNC delegates and fellow Republicans, in an effort to show support for Romney/Ryan, hiked to the top of Republican Mountain in Colorado. They also carried a banner for Obama…
(Posted Aug 21, 2012, Photo – Kendal Unruh)
The Romney/Ryan campaign has reached a new high…
A great group of hiking Coloradans, including State Senator Ted Harvey, John Kidd (running for House District 1), RNC delegate Keri Brehm, and other supporters climbed magnificent Republican Mountain (yes, that’s the name) in Clear creek County to show their support for America’s Comeback Team and send a message to Obama and Biden:
Saturday’s “Republican Victory Hike 2012″ was organized by conservative activist Kendal Unruh, of Castle Rock, a seven-time national delegate to the Republican National Convention who leads mountaineering trips through the meetup group she founded, “Christian Hikers.” Unruh also organizes and leads annual high altitude humanitarian mission trips to Tibet.
Saturday’s hike to the summit of the appropriately named Republican Mountain took the group five miles and 3,506 feet of elevation gain. They carried with them Romney campaign signs and a banner that stated “O, did you get us here, too?” – a reference to President Obama’s now famous comment earlier this summer that business owners “didn’t build that” on their own.
It’s a reminder that no matter how steep and rocky the trail may get, Romney and Ryan are going all the way to the mountain top!
GOP vice presidential candidate Rep. Paul Ryan (R-WI) applauds Republican presidential candidate (former MA Gov) Mitt Romney as he speaks during a VICTORY campaign rally on August 20, 2012, in Manchester, New Hampshire. (Photo - Evan Vucci/AP)
If you missed Sean Hannity’s must-see candid interview tonight with Mitt Romney’s running mate, Congressman Paul Ryan, here it is (interview took place in Carnegie, PA):
Part 1 - Ryan reveals more on being asked to be Governor Romney’s running mate, the attacks from Team Obama, and his vision for moving America forward.
Part 2 - Ryan speaks on taxes and foreign policy.
Refreshing, substantive interview.
Beats Biden’s “They’re gonna put y’all in chains” rhetoric seven ways to Sunday.
UPDATE: Jesse Jackson’s daughter, FOX News contributor Santita Jackson, said that Biden’s remarks were “profoundly insulting” and he should apologize. Former Democrat Governor of Virginia Douglas Wilder (first African-America governor since reconstruction) also blasted the Vice President (see end of article).
Our Vice President - Joe Biden.
(Photo - Carolyn Kaster/AP)
While campaigning in Danville, Virginia on Aug 14, 2012, the Vice President of the United States, Joe Biden, rode in on his verbal backhoe to further dig himself and Obama into their seemingly bottomless hole. Watch the video (nearly half of Danville is populated by African Americans):
Later that same day, MSNBC’s Andrea Mitchell got Stephanie Cutter (Obama’s Deputy Senior Adviser) to sit down with her to talk about ol’ Joe’s mouth and Mitt Romney’s denunciation of Biden’s statement. She squirmed and obfuscated:
Mitchell: “… [L]et’s get back to the question of when you said the president agrees with the sentiments, are you saying that the vice president went too far –“
Cutter: “No, I’m not”.
Mitchell: “-and that the president does not agree with the words that he used?”
Cutter: “If you look at the entire context of what the Vice President was talking about, he was making a point that if we repeal Wall Street reform which is what Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan want to do, we’re going to go back to the days where they’re writing their own rules, and we saw what happened. Taxpayers had to bail them out. We had to spend billions of dollars of taxpayer dollars bailing them out. Now I would think that that, you know, that is a problem for middle class taxpayers. That would hamper their ability to take care of their own finances.”
MITCHELL: “The bottom line that the President agrees with Joe Biden’s sentiments but not his comments?”
CUTTER: “The bottom line is that we have no problem with those comments.”
Governor Romney doesn’t want to “let Wall Street write their own rules” but Team Obama believes if they hamster-wheel this lie over and over, like all the other lies they spout, Americans will believe it.
Does “Romney-is-a-felon” Cutter really want to go there - talking about taxpayer bailouts?
Hmm. Let’s talk about GM - headed for bankruptcy again? Or, how about that $535 million of vanished taxpayer money Obama showered on Solyndra?
Have you heard about A123 Systems?
It’s a green company based in Waltham, MA, that makes hybrid/electric car batteries. In 2009, A123 was handed a quarter BILLION grant by Obama. The company also received another $135 million in grants and tax breaks from Michigan. A123 also sucked up another $30 federal million for a wind energy whim. Their stock peaked at $25.77 per share. It’s now at 45 CENTS per share. In July, company officials said they only had five months of operating cash. Get this: A Chinese auto parts maker, Wanxiang Group, is investing up to $465 million in the broke company - buying A123 (owning 80% of the firm) for pennies on our dollars. Obama used OUR money to bankroll green technology which has ended up in CHINA’s hands.
Other Obama green energy companies receiving taxpayer money who have stuck it to us: Tesla - $465 million, Fiskar Automotive - $529 million, Ener1 - $118.5 million, Beacon Power - $43 million, Abound Solar - $400 million, Amonix Solar - $15.4 million DOE grant plus another $9.5 million in federal tax credits, Energy Conversion Devices & United Solar Ovonic LLC - $13.3 million tax credit, Evergreen Solar - $125 million plus $58 million from Massachusetts, Mountain Plaza, Inc. - $424,000, Spectrawatt - $500,000, Azure Dynamics – couldn’t find exact amount, but MILLIONS lost, and Solar Trust of America - $2.1 billion.
Troubled green companies for which taxpayers could be on the hook:
A few other companies receiving Obama stimulus money or tax breaks:
Babcock & Brown,
Granite Reliable Power
Olsen’s Crop Service
Thompson River Power LLC
Willard & Kelsey Solar Group
What about all those “shovel ready” jobs Obama touted to help push through his stimulus bill? Well, the shovels weren’t ready.
The half of America that actually pays taxes are on the hook for Obama’s $787 BILLION Recovery Act Bill – better known as the Stimulus Stinker DUD. He did that to us. And don’t forget, in January 2011, Obama whined and pouted for another $447 BILLION – which, thankfully, he didn’t get.
But, I digress…
Back to ol’ Joe. American Crossroads Super PAC reminded us today why Biden is good for the Romney/Ryan ticket:
American ranchers and farmers have formed a new coalition for Governor Mitt Romney…
Having lived a portion of my life among America’s western sagebrushed ranches and farm hayfields, I know what a hardscrabble existence it can be. I also know how VITAL America’s amazing salt-of-the-earth ranchers and farmers are to our nation’s well-being and to the world.
Did you know that farming alone creates 23 MILLION jobs for Americans? That makes agriculture our nation’s largest employer. 23 million jobs is enough to employ every single person in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, Portland, Denver, Phoenix, San Diego, Houston, Philadelphia, and Boston - COMBINED. No doubt about it, farmers and ranchers grow our economy.
These are just a few of the reasons I was happy to hear today’s news from Mitt Romney. A dynamic new coalition has been created - ‘Farmers and Ranchers for Romney’:
“I’m honored to have so many farmers and ranchers standing with my campaign,” said Mitt Romney. “They are the backbone of America and play a critical role in ensuring Americans across the country have access to safe and affordable food. The fruit of their labor nourishes the world, and I admire their hard work in harvesting our country’s bountiful resources. Our farmers and ranchers also have a critical role in the health of our economy, employingth millions of Americans. I’m grateful to have their support in my efforts to turn around the economy and strengthen the middle class.”
I’ve heard Governor Romney speak of the summer when he was 15 years old and he went to work on his uncle’s ranch in Idaho. He said they raised corn and lots and lots of alfalfa. He recalled how long the days were; it was good, hard work - and a great way to gain real appreciation for the daily rigors of ranching and farming.
• Commissioner Adam Putnam said, “As Florida’s Agriculture Commissioner, I’m proud to be supporting Governor Romney’s campaign to get this country moving in the right direction again. While agriculture in America has its own set of unique challenges, farmers are looking for a leader in the White House who knows how the private sector works. Throughout the past three and a half years, President Obama has demonstrated in both his rhetoric and his policies that he lacks that understanding. I’m confident that Governor Romney’s experience and vision will restore a brighter future for all Americans.”
• Senator Mike Johanns said, “Having served as U.S. Secretary of Agriculture and represented Nebraskans as both Governor and Senator, I’m familiar with the challenges and opportunities throughout rural America. From ranches to family farms, the heartland helped build this nation and agriculture remains part of the very fabric that binds it together. President Obama’s policies have failed to reinvigorate our economy, and even worse, his regulatory overreach stifled growth and cost jobs. Once a man of soaring rhetoric, his words now diminish the labor and sacrifice of all Americans by saying they didn’t build their businesses. I grew up on a farm and know that success is not the result of government action, but rather individual initiative and hard work. Mitt Romney understands the power of free enterprise and its ability to unleash the entrepreneurial spirit. As president, he will not only jumpstart economic growth in this country, but also carefully tend to the needs of agricultural producers and rural communities.”
• Former USDA Deputy Secretary Charles Conner said, “I was raised on a family farm, and having policies which help agriculture thrive is close to my heart. That’s one of the reasons why I’m supporting Mitt Romney. The task of turning around our economy so it works for all Americans will not be an easy one, but I’m confident Governor Romney will deliver. Having spent most of his career in the private sector, he knows why President Obama’s policies have ill-served economic growth and the jobs that only free enterprise can create.”
• Iowa Agriculture Secretary Bill Northey said, “Here in Iowa, farmers and ranchers form a key role in powering our economy. Over the course of the past three and a half years, President Obama hasn’t made good on the promises of his campaign four years ago, and the impact of his economic policies has been devastating throughout the country. The need for a new direction and fresh leadership in the White House could not be clearer, and I believe Mitt Romney will provide both.”
