NEW POLL: Romney Takes the Lead in Crucial Ohio!

As someone who has done a fair share of door knocking and phone calling throughout Ohio, I couldn’t be more happy with the latest polling results from Rasmussen, which have America’s Comeback Team edging out America’s Sorry-Excuse-for-a-President Team by two points!

You can really feel the momentum here in Ohio as the crowds at Romney events swell to over-capacity and front yard across suburbia are peppered with Romney signs.

The result of this pull validate that feeling:

The latest Rasmussen Reports telephone survey of Likely Ohio Voters shows Romney with 50% support to President Obama’s 48%. One percent (1%) likes some other candidate, while another one percent (1%) remains undecided.

And the internal numbers suggest even more movement toward Mitt!

Momentum Swells as Mitt Romney Nears Finish Line

This is a defining moment for America. Mitt Romney and Paul Ryan are offering real reforms for a real recovery. They will provide the leadership and vision to get this country back on track. The momentum is on our side.

But it is crucial that we keep the momentum going. The enthusiasm of the Republican Party has been consistently underestimated by the Obama camp, and yet it remains unmatched. Our support will inevitably carry Mitt Romney to a solid victory.

This video pretty much sums up the nostalgia we’re all feeling as the campaign comes to an end:

Incredible Video: Joe Biden Interrupts Paul Ryan 85 Times During VP Debate

I’m so glad The Blaze took the time to piece together all the rude snippets of Joe Biden’s debate performance.

The guy was so out of line, it’s almost painful to watch. But if you have tolerance for that sort of thing, watch it below:

Debate Impact: New Poll Shows Romney Up Big in Florida

Romney Opens Large, Sunshine State Lead

As we anticipate the thumping that Paul Ryan will give to Joe Biden momentarily, let’s have a look at the effect that last week’s presidential debate had on the polling numbers in Florida.

Tampa Bay Times has the scoop:

Barack Obama’s lackluster debate performance last week has dramatically altered the presidential race in Florida, with Mitt Romney opening up a decisive 7 percentage point lead, according to a new Tampa Bay Times/Bay News 9/Miami Herald poll.

The survey conducted this week found 51 percent of likely Florida voters supporting Romney, 44 percent backing Obama and 4 percent undecided. That’s a major shift from a month ago when the same poll showed Obama leading 48 percent to 47 percent — and a direct result of what Obama himself called a “bad night” at the first debate.

The debate prompted 5 percent of previously undecided voters and 2 percent of Obama backers to move to Romney. Another 2 percent of Obama supporters said they are now undecided because of the debate.

“There’s no question in my mind that debate made people stand up and pay attention, and it really wiped away any questions people had about Romney, whether they were undecided or soft for Obama,” said Brad Coker of Mason-Dixon Polling & Research, which conducted the poll for the Times and its media partners.

Across the board, from who is better suited to improve the economy, to who will protect Medicare, to looking out for the middle-class, to handling foreign policy, likely Florida voters now favor the former Massachusetts governor over the president.

See what happens when President Obama has to account for his failures on the national debate stage?

Mitt’s Bold Message: “We Can’t Afford Four More Years”

This must-see video was released by the Romney Campaign today:

During last night’s debate, we saw the clear choice facing voters in this campaign.

President Obama can’t defend his record and has no new ideas to run on.

Mitt Romney clearly demonstrated that he is a leader who will create jobs, turn around our economy, and work across the aisle.

We can’t afford four more years like the last four years.

MUST SEE VIDEOS: Paid Protesters at Romney Event Admit Obama Will Give Them a Free Phone if They Vote for Him

What we’re up against.

Unfortunately — because I work for a living — I couldn’t make it to any of the Romney-Ryan events this week in Ohio. Had I known they were paying folks $11/hour (and apparently giving out free phones?) to protest just outside the event, I might have worked it into my schedule.

There is a sad reality that comes with these videos: As politically incorrect as it was, Romney was exactly right when he said there are people that will never vote for him because they are too dependent on the government. That’s why that have to “keep Obama in president, you know?”

There’s one more video that is similarly amazing, watch it here.

Ann Romney Dazzles on ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’

Ann Romney sits down with Jay Leno.

Ann Romney made an appearance on NBC’s ‘The Tonight Show with Jay Leno’ last night.

As always, Ann did a great job making the case that the nation needs her husband’s help.

According to Obama Supporters: Romney is Black, Obama is Mormon, Bin Laden is Alive & Paul Ryan is Obama’s VP

This is what we’re up against.

From RCP:

Howard Stern contributors Sal and Richard travel to Harlem to interview Obama supporters and ask them why they are voting for Obama.

Stern and his crew ask denizens of Harlem various outrageous questions, including if they believe Obama will find and kill Osama bin Laden; if Romney is a Muslim and if Obama is a Mormon; if Obama made the right choice by picking Paul Ryan as his running mate and if he did it because he is black.

GAFFE OF ALL GAFFES: Obama Says “You Can’t Change Washington From the Inside,” Makes Case For Romney

No change from the inside?

Before a Hispanic audience at the Univision presidential forum in Florida, our president — the one who campaigned on “hope” and “change” — admitted to his inability to bring change to Washington, citing his belief that it is impossible to “change Washington from the inside.” And in saying so, he effectively made the case for a Romney presidency.

Team Romney was quick to respond to the comment as the video below shows. The question now is, will the media report on this obvious gaffe? We’ll wait and see.
