BREAKING: Unemployment Rate Rises

This morning, the Department of Labor released the long awaited unemployment statistic for the country. Today we found out that the unemployment rate actually rose again from last month and that the unemployment rate is higher today than when Barack Obama took office four years ago.

The unemployment rate is now 7.9% and when Barack Obama took office it was 7.8%. Of course the unemployment number does not count those who have simply given up looking for work or those who are employed just part-time when they actually want full time work. This jobs report shows that America’s economy is stagnating rather than improving.

The harsh reality of the unemployment number is that too many Americans are struggling to provide for their kids, save for college, save for retirement, or just plain create a better life for themselves. These times are hard for too many Americans as incomes have actually gone down every year for the last four years.

Here is Mitt Romney’s statement on the jobs report this morning:

The jobless rate is higher than it was when President Obama took office, and there are still 23 million Americans struggling for work. On Tuesday, America will make a choice between stagnation and prosperity. For four years, President Obama’s policies have crushed America’s middle class. For four years, President Obama has told us that things are getting better and that we’re making progress. For too many American families, those words ring hollow.

Economists at the Wall Street Journal had this to say about today’s job numbers: “the recovery remains disappointing compared to prior economic recoveries”
and “the bottom line is that the labor market remains unusually weak.”

Another subject that is never mentioned is the fact that many Americans like myself who worked in the mortgage industry and were laid off during the m ortgage/banking crisis are unable to get work in the same field of work due to our credit being ruined for not having an income. We are forced to take any other job we can find, making it even more difficult to get out of misery, and having to start new career.

It is very sad. Many people are struggling this second, this minute in east coast b/c of Sandy, people are struggling to make ends met everywhere b/c of cluless Obama economy. Prez Obama Celebrity-in-Chief doesn’t understand the economy. He got his chance, we MUST let him go on Nov 6! We’ve to give a chance for Gov Romney a real Leader, compassionate Leader! responsible Leader!!

We MUST vote Gov Romney a proven PUBLIC SERVANT who can understand the people struggles, sufferings. I have confidence Gov Romney will work HARD and he will find a better solution for America!

In my opinon, Gov Romney deserves to be elected. He has been fighiting all forces from inside and outside, fighiting 24/7 Obama’s media, the primaries, different political position views. It has been very tiring, an endless fight. Just think about it. The guy doesn’t have to do these. He can buy an island and live the rest of his life happily if he wants to.
Gov Romney knows damn well Obama is taking us a wrong path so, he would like to correct it before it gets too late.

Wake UP America! It is an “URGENT CALL!” !

    Vote Romney/Ryan=Vote America!

23 milllion are looking for work…either unemployed, have given up or underemployed. Liberal fact checkers would not count underemployed, and some defined it as full time workers taking less pay. However, the Labor department has defined underemployment as people working part time, but are looking for full time work and can barely make ends meet. Working part time when you need full time work is unemployment to a degree. Romney was accused of exaggerating by using the 23 million number.

If liberals think that underemployment is OK and doesn’t count than they don’t understand the severity of the problem. We don’t have to settle for the current economic situation, but some people have been convinced by our president that we do.

Let’s for vote for Romney/Ryan…they know how this economy works.

    Romney/Ryan…….2012!!
