The Prayer of Faith — IN GOD WE TRUST

Dan Olsen is a good friend of many years whom I know to be a man of God, and a faithful husband and father. I am grateful to him for this invitation (please also see Billy Graham’s request for prayer).

By Dan Olsen

Does anyone doubt that a political campaign is a battle? Obviously, the foreign policy debate this evening in Boca Raton, Florida will be yet another crucial encounter in the battle for the Presidency. Governor Romney and the President are not fighting for their lives, as four brave Americans recently did in Lybia, but they will be fighting for the hearts and minds of America’s citizens – and the outcome of that battle will have a major impact on all our lives.

Our next Commander in Chief will need to continue the fight against those who would destroy America. He will be responsible for protecting us from enemies foreign and domestic. He will be responsible for those who risk their lives for our liberty. I am confident that Governor Romney is the best man for that job.

On this day of the final great presidential debate, an appeal to a higher power seems essential. Prayer seems essential. Challenges such as America has, and as our next President will have, require trust in ourselves and trust in God. Whatever our faith, an appeal to God for His blessing can only help.

With this in mind, I renew Paul Johnson’s invitation from the second Presidential debate, that “we ask that God extend his grace for the protection and safety of our troops, to strengthen Governor Romney, that he will benefit fully from his preparation, that he will have clarity of mind, that he will recall the facts needed to make his case, that he will clearly make his arguments and rebut unfair criticism, that his audience will understand, and that those hearing Governor Romney will listen with an open mind and be willing to hear.”

Pray like you’ve never prayed before. Our country needs to be healed from the cancer of corruption. The only man that can do this is Gov. Romney with all of our prayers. Please pray to open minds and hearts that are seeking truth, that they will be touched with the words of Gov. Romney. Please exercise your faith and God will work miracles. Bless you all and bless Gov. Romney. He is a man of God.

Oh, yes! prayer is always good regardless. Gov Romney were written off long time ago, in early primaries. Look where we @ now!? He’s amazing! He has that calm, peace, dramatic energy within him. I pray to Jah for Gov Romney to have a very productive debate.

Nov 6, Expect Miracles! We will WIN!

Thank you…I have been praying that God guides Governor Romney in his words tonight and that all in our country will hear that Governor Romney, with the help of God, is the one to keep us safe, to rebuild our country at home and abroad. Governor Romney and Paul Ryan will save America.

I love that Billy Graham took out a full page ad in our SanDiego newspaper on Sunday . Instead of advising us who would make the best president for America he wrote : “On November 6 , the day before my 94th birthday , our nation will hold one of the most critical elections in my life time . We are at a crossroads and there are profound moral issues at stake. I strongly urge you to vote for candidates who support the biblical definition of marriage between a man and a woman , the sanctity of life, and defend our religious freedoms . The Bible speaks clearly on these crucil issues . Please join me in praying for America , that we will turn our hearts back towards God”. Signed,…… Billy Graham

“If God is for us, who is against us?”

  8. L. Buckley says:

God bless this great nation to return to the principles and convictions that made us strong in the first place. God bless that righteousness will prevail in this election and that our freedoms and liberties may be preserved. God bless Mitt Romney to have added wisdom, clarity of mind and the ability to speak his aspirations and plans for this country precisely and clearly so that the people of this nation will truly listen with not just their minds but with their hearts to know what a great man of integrity that he is and that he truly can make a difference in Washington and turn this economy around. It is not going to be easy and it is not going to be quick, but we know he can do it. I know, deep in my heart, that Mitt Romney will not be politics as usual when he becomes President. I also know that this great nation and our small business cannot survive another four years of President Obama.

So Governor Romney…..Don’t hold back, make your case, be bold, be strong , be wise and may God bless you.
