Obama’s double speak and duplicity have no bounds! The fact’s remain that ultimately truth proves itself out in one’s actions and in consequence. In spite of a tacit coordination by the Obama campaign and the massive mainstream media to shield the public from truth, there are no exceptions as time will ultimately reveal truth. Appreciating that any criticism of the ‘anointed one’ draws the ire of the mainstream media, this self-appointed public relations advocacy group has a clear agenda: 1) protect Obama, 2) promote Obama, and 3) diminish any who oppose Obama. What is disconcerting is the acceptance of Obama’s lies and distortions by the media and others. Why? Rather than vet the truth, they prefer to perpetuate the lies and distortions. Instead of being disciplined in independent discovery of facts (which they can be very good at), they ignore facts to comport with their advocacy. It has been said, that distortions left unchecked become reality in the minds of people. Therefore it is imperative that the American people demand truth and hold people accountable for their lies and distortions.
We live in interesting times. As evidenced with the events of this past week, we live amid tumult and commotion. If ever there was a time for truth, it is now! If ever there was a time for a leader to lead our nation with substance over flattering words, truth over distortion, competence over ego and pride, and promises kept – it is now! Unfortunately, that leader is NOT Barack Obama.
The above video is revelatory in its substance and in Obama’s own words. His promises, which he never intended to be kept, are revealed in his duplicity and guile. As an American concerned for my children and grandchildren’s future, my prayers and petitions Heavenward are that American will WAKE UP and realize that Barack Obama is not who he purports to be; he does not have their interests first; he is self absorbed; he is committed to create an America where our freedoms and liberties are undermined; and among many other things, he is committed to socialize our society with overburdened debt and dependency on a sovereign state. What is frightening is that the messenger of America’s dissembling is charismatic and charming, and with flattering words that have shielded his ideologic agenda, he leads America down a path of pacification and bondage.
Again, in my book, On The Brink, America’s Choice 2012, I offer a quotation by Alexander Tyler, a Scottish history professor in the late 1700′s: “A democracy is always temporary in nature; it simply cannot exist as a permanent form of government. A democracy will continue to exist up until the time that voters discover they can vote themselves generous gifts from the public treasury.
From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates who promise the most benefits from the public treasury, with the result that every democracy will finally collapse due to loose fiscal policy, which is always followed by a dictatorship.
The average age of the world’s greatest civilizations from the beginning of history has been about 200 years. During those 200 years, those nations always progressed through the following sequence:
1. from bondage to spiritual faith
2. from spiritual faith to great courage
3. from courage to liberty
4. from liberty to abundance
5. from abundance to complacency
6. from complacency to apathy
7. from apathy to dependence
8. from dependence back into bondage
Obama’s words are deceptive, but his actions are clear; the more apathetic and dependent we become as a nation, we will ultimately return to the bondage that our forefathers sought independence from! WAKE UP AMERICA!

I vacillate between confidence in getting rid of Obama and anxiety over what he and his puppeteers are up to. I agree with you about the urgency of the situation and I still can’t decide where we stand exactly on your list. I pray we don’t have to be delivered into bondage again to find freedom. I am especially concerned since the late night knock on the door to take a citizen in for interrogation occurred this week. I have to be philosophical and ready to accept whatever destiny has in mind for this hapless country, but I will do everything in my power to help get Mitt Romney elected. Paul Ryan gave a wonderful speech this week about these issues, so I think they are fully aware of what we are facing, and that gives me cause for optimism.

The news the past week has been particularly troubling…….and eye opening! It seems to me so obvious that I cannot believe there were be common sense Americans that would even consider staying home OR voting for BHO!

I am not sure how to get it shown on TV, but if someone knows the ropes to do this, especially to get it on during the times when they have the debates going, not necessarily at the same time, but for sure prior or shortly after, the same day. I am not a supporter of Obama, but I cannot see how any middle class person could possibly support Romney/Ryan!
The problem is that Romney has no clue what it is like to be a middle class person. He stated that he would do away with unemployment insurance and that every American should save two years of their salary, and that should be their unemployment insurance! He obviously does not comprehend that is an impossible task for 90% of the middle class and 100% of the people living below the poverty line.
He is unaccountably puzzled that people question his tax payments. Romney only paid 14% on his total earnings. Middle class tax payers pay 28-35% on average. A person with almost 300 times my earning power gets to keep nearly 90% of the unbelievable amount of money he “makes” when he has had no active job for years, and someone like me who works 60-80 hour weeks teaching kids for our future keeps 68% or less of that hard won take home pay. I will let it go when he pays a fair amount.
Further, Ryan’s budget, by his own math will cost seniors an additional $6500 per year for medical care inferior to what they already receive. He would also remand custody of our labrynthine and nearly unusable health care system back into the hands of incompetent bureaucrats and greedy corporations that screwed it up to start with.
Romney further wants to give a large tax cut to millionaires at the expense of a $2000 tax hike to the middle class families in the false assertion that this will stimulate the economy. This is refuted by Warren Buffet, and hundreds of other millionaires. History itself refutes this with the ineffectiveness of trickle down economics from the Reagan era. While many erroneously believe that was the key to his impressive economic recovery Reagan’s real success came when he made it much easier for small business owners to get money predicated on the expansion of their businesses. The trickle down idea, in and of itself was a failure as an economic stimulus. The latter program led directly to higher consumer confidence, and the middle class, the 99%, spending money again.
It makes no sense to give money to 1% of your customers at the expense of 99%, particularly when the 1% do not spend nearly the amount in your economy as the 99%.
While Obama has some scary policies, and has had very poor showing economically, factors outside his control have begun a recovery. I doubt seriously I could vote for Obama, but Romney, a wealthy elitist, hold no benefits for me in supporting his campaign, plainly blind to my needs, and those others of the middle class.

I appreciate why you may feel as you do, but the posturing of the mainstream media and Obama with respect to Mitt Romney has been built on a false foundation – do not believe it. I have known Mitt Romney for many years and he is anything but a wealthy elitist. Yes, he has accumulated wealth over the years, but he didn’t begin that way and knows well the needs and wants of most Americans. He built his wealth by working hard and being smart, and to his own commentary, with some luck – it wasn’t from an inheritance or from writing a book. Also, when you get right down to it he is one of the most compassionate, caring and understanding men you could know. I have seen him serve others without condition or class. He doesn’t just write checks as most would do; he engages and serves personally! As to the policy postures you indicate, don’t believe it! Mitt Romney is a man of his word, proven by his service in MA when he asked his staff and those around him to recount what he had done to meet the promises made while running for Governor, to make sure he didn’t miss anything. He has stated very clearly that he will not give the wealthy a tax break – he will modify the tax code and reduce their rate, but he will also eliminate certain tax breaks and exemptions; they will continue to pay in what they are paying now. Mitt’s interest is to build a solid economy so we aren’t motivating people not to work with ‘extended’ unemployment – Mitt is not opposed to unemployment, just continual extensions (which have been a consequence of failed economic policies). As to Mitt’s 14% tax rate, please note that it is investment income on monies he invested over the years (after tax); he has already born the first tax rate by investing after tax dollars and paying taxes again on the return. Further, the companies that are returning the investment income to Romney also paid taxes and what they are returning to Mitt as after tax returns is being taxed again. For the 14% Romney pays there have already been 30-35% taken out previously. Again, as to medicare Romney and Ryan are proposing to fix it not burden it – seniors will not pay more – that is their commitment. The restructuring is for future beneficiaries. You have to know that Mitt, as he did with the Olympics, Private Enterprise and Massachusetts, remediates problems not by making them worse, but by fixing them for sustainability long term – he is the adult in the room.
As much as you can’t bring yourself to vote for Obama, you should vote for Romney. Read his policies directly at mittromney.com and don’t rely on the false lenses of the media whose interest it is to protect and promote Obama by trying to undermine Romney.
By the way, yes, I am in the tank for Mitt because I know him. So are most anyone who has known him for the past 40 years. Obama can’t say that, nor can anyone else running for public office, especially President.

Of course Mitt (3:04) as well, knowing that with Mitt, he is a man of integrity.

The good news is you’re not Obama supporter. Gov Romney is not perfect, but he’s experianced, smart, authentic leader and 110% better than Obama .
Under Obama the middle class is evaporating, the poor is getting poorer. Half of the population is dependent on some type of govt assistance. This economy, this job is too big for Obama. He lacks experiance and i don’t think he’s interested making improvement on the economy either. I can’t even look my own penny savings balance anymore. It has been over two years now. ZERO returns. Bernake and the Fed economic agendas are printing more money, interest rate is so LOW i feel like keeping my pennies under my mattress will be much safer. In the mean time gas price is high, grocery bills are high, taxes are high… So, i ask you to give a good deal of thoughts the situation we’re in under Obama and vote Gov Romney!

Obama is great at promises and a great speaker. Too bad he has no experience or background for anything else. He is not capable of balancing the budget. Mitt has the knowledge to turn us around. I cannot believe that anyone in their right mind could compare the backgrounds of both and vote for a person who is putting us on the road to disaster. Mitt will surround himself with intelligent people. With Obama we get professors and known communist. How is that working out?
