I couldn’t agree more with comments made by Obama Campaign Manager Jim Messina regarding Romney’s debating skills:
“Romney is a seriously underrated debater. I may be one of the only Americans who watched all 22, 23 of the debates — those are times I want back. But the truth is, he understood what his job in all those debates was,” Messina said in an interview with the Atlantic’s Molly Ball.Obama can't handle this.
“When it was to go out and finish Rick Perry, he did it. When it was to hold the lead in New Hampshire, he did it. And he is a great debater. Someone who used to work with him said to me, and I think it’s right, he was the guy that you took in at the end to seal the deal, because he knew how to do it,” Messina said.
Who else can’t wait for Romney to take Obama to school on the debate stage? There will be no teleprompter to guide Obama’s lofty and scripted words. There will be no spokespeople to save Obama’s butt when he’s forced to answer to the American people. It will essentially come down to which man knows his stuff. And we — along with Obama’s campaign manager — know exactly who that man is. Bring it on, baby!

Obama will get taken to school on the Romney Bus – can’t wait!
I cannot wait. I have been looking forward to it for along time. During the primaries the BIG question was who can debate Barack Obama. Some thought it was Newt Gingrich, but Romney when put to the test decimated Gingrich in the debates before the Florida primary. Romney won the state of Florida coming from behind due to the debates. His principled pragmatic approach proved to be unapproachable. Barack Obama is NO match for Romney. The debates will make Obama a one term president. Romney 2012!!
Don’t underestimate Obama and his appeal to the general masses. He has an ability to bob and weave. That said, he is an empty suit when it comes to substance, and Mitt is anything but. Mitt’s grasp of facts and capacity to assimilate facts and articulate positions is incomparable, and therein he will school BHO. Thanks Luke.
The thing is Hillary beat Obama, but she lost. Hillary knew her facts. Obama never did. Nobody cared. They just swooned on his every word like he was a celeb. However, that won’t work this time. Obama has NEVER been good without is prompter. Anybody that disagree with that hasn’t watched the few times he is forced to come up with his own words and facts. Debating is a real art. Few have it. Some eventually embrace it and get good at it. Newt was pretty darn good because he loved to hear his own voice and Newt loved getting into the weeds. He also had timing. Mitt is very comfortable in front of crowds. He definitely has improved and he has a few months to get even better and know his material.
How could anyone have ever claimed that Obama would beat Romney in a debate? The man cannot put a full sentence together without his teleprompter. Puh-leeease! Romney will wipe the floor with him.

Well, it depends on the questions at the debate. Obama is not campaigning in his failed records so, the media will do anything to distractt us from the real issues. The disgusting media may say Gov Romney, how many underwear you own and the follow up question will be Boxers or Briefs? Rememember, Obama the Fictional Prez duped 52% of the population in ’08 with the help of the media.
We’ve seen Gov Romney bombing Gingrich self claimed great debater.
Gov Romney needs a few fix, though.
No skinny necktie, please, (he needs to get rid of all his skinny necktie).

No hands in the pocket,
check occasional facial sweat.
I suggest Gov Romney to have practice with Gingrich. I really like Gingrich’s one line punch. I’ve confidence the debate will be over within two minutes.
Obama=Carter
As usual, Romney is always underestimated. He is ultra intelligent and Obama now finds himself out of his league. Mitt not only has a stellar command of facts but he has an exceptional talent for analysis. He’s also quick. And experienced.
Obama is terrified of one on one confrontation, and, of course, Mitt Romney is not. He takes it directly to that idiot like a champ. Obama is lost and he won’t have his surrogates when the debates come. I’m looking forward to them.
Romney’s personal quirks are not important.
Mitt Romney also keeps his cards close, and we know what an advantage that is.
Mitt will make Obama look like the incompetent idealogue that he is. Even with the mass media giving Obama softball questions, Mitt will challenge both Obama and the questioners on the real issues, look presidential, and win going away.

. carter would be an improvement. despite his leftist leanings, carter was just utterly incompetent, obama hates this country and is deliberatly trying to take it down. we should be grateful he is so incompetent.
I think the concern is the moderators will favor obama with questions or even sneak him questions beforehand so he can work on a reply. think the snl skit about the dem primary debates in 2008 was too close to the truth – oh, would you like a blanket?, can we get you a drink? while hillary was getting missles and looked like she'd been wrung through the wringer
however I do think Mitt is like Iceman from top gun. he doesn't make mistakes and just wears down his flashy opponents.

October 3 – Obama gets humbled
October 6 – Obama gets emabarrassed
October 11th – Obama is pathetic
October 23 – Obama begins a series of night terrors where Mitt comes in his room every night and says, “get out of my bed you 1/2 black, 1/2 Christian, 1/2 Muslim, 1/2 whit”
