Twenty million people voted in the 2008 GOP presidential primaries. Twenty million people have watched the 2012 GOP presidential primary debates, so far. Considerably fewer than ten thousand people will make their decision based on something they read in RedState or FreeRepublic. The proprietors of those sites are not party leaders, big time bundlers or even serious opinion leaders, they are guys who only recently moved out of their mom’s basement. Status in the tiny world of far right blogging does not equate to political influence. Their condemnation of Romney will have zero impact on the primaries and it is best to just ignore them.
