Would Mitt Romney Be a Pro-Life President?

What Separates Romney from the Rest of the Pack?

It sure is nice to see two rivals seemingly on the same page and both committed to the same goal. It was a tough, but very fair interview that probably gave a lot of voters some insight into Gov. Romney that they didn’t have before. What did you think of the interview?

    I wonder what the 2 “Christians” have to say about the death penalty, and letting people die if they dont have adiquate health ins? It amaises me how the GOP cares so much more about protecting “Unborn” life, but doesnt seem to have the same care and compassion for those same people after they are borne.

  2. Mcsteven says:

    Yeah troy, your comment makes a lot of sense… Why in the world would we want to save an innocent human life while giving the death penalty to the most evil murderers in the world??? Hmmm good argument Troy.. Once again, a liberal proving why they’re a liberal; no brain.

  3. Troy says:

    So, you KNOW ALL convicted are guilty!?! Hmm.I have seen many that were proven innocent AFTER the fact. Oh, well. And ,after your born,your life is NOT important? Once again, a conservitive preaching one thing, acting another.No SOUL!

    @Mcsteven

  4. Troy says:

    If you dont have healthcare, and you havent planned in advance on what your gonna do if you get sick,its not the governments responsibility to make sure you get well and dont die. Sucks to be you! …….Guess the GOP member who said this! lol Do they even LISTEN to themselves!?! Or are they wrapped too tightly in the flag,and holding on to that Bible they judge everyone with to listen to the hate, and stupidity that come out of their mouths

  5. Troy says:

    Oh and buddy, I AM pro-life,anti-death penalty,and a Bible believing Christian,saved by the Grace of God,thru his son Jesus Christ.Not by my OWN works or self,should any man boast.Believe it or not,not ALL christians are Republicans.You dont have the corner market on Christ,as we ALL are like filthy rags in His sight
    @Mcsteven

    President Romney donates a great deal of his money to charity. He has also vowed, if elected president, he will donate his full salary to charity. He doesn’t just prance around the country spending millions without a care for others. He is doing what he has to do so the people have an opportunity to get to know him and what he stands for.

  7. DONNA says:

    Romney is the best to come along. I wish the outsider people would stop looking for their

    perfect person to carry the presidential load. If we do not stand together we shall surly fall back into the hands of the other party. I am 77 live on social security only. I have not had a raise in two years. The economy 0f 2008 wipped me out. Please. Romney must come first.
    He has the foreign experience unlike any other. Cain said”Well I can learn iT”. give me a break..

  8. Troy says:

    Well,Donna, If you think the GOP is gonna give a rats behind about your Social Security or your medicare/caid, your sadly mistaken.I guess if you get your way, you will find out the hard way@DONNA

    I’d imagine you can understand the difference between an innocent, unborn child and an adult who chooses to take away the life of another human being. We care greatly for the lives of every individual, and threatening and enforcing a death penalty on those who take the lives of others is not to be celebrated (as some did during the debate), but it is an excellent deterrent against murdering and an acceptable way of removing murderers from society.

  10. Troy says:

    And the ones that are WRONGLY executed,as there HAS to be AT LEAST some, is acceptable to you?I Thought the GOP was Pro life? You cant say your “pro-Life”, and then execute someone.Or is Pro-life just a catchy phrase you use for the unborn. I am pro-life in ALL areas,but I STILL dont think the government has the right to make that decision for women.God is the Judge, and he doesnt need OUR help.Plus, isnt the GOP all about the government getting out of peoples business?Like alot of GOP stances,I guess it changes depending on what YOU want done
    @Kevin

  11. Gary Alan Chidester says:

    Gov. Romney’s interview with Gov. Mike Huckabee went quite well. When it comes to basic differences between the two major American Parties, there are several gray areas that must be embraced by each party. I have heard that only 88% of Republicans are Pro-Life, as are 21% of the Democrats. There are very few issues that are strictly black and white. Americans have a wide range of ideas and solutions to make our Country better. Just like a recipe, too much salt or too little sugar can make or break an apple pie. Growing up in an Independent / Republican background, I began looking at all the candidates with an open mind. But it didn’t take long before I realized that Gov. Mitt Romney had addressed all 10 of the issues that were on my list. Then, trying not to get all googly-eyed or jumping on any bandwagon, I learned of his family values, his business and political experience, his knowledge of foreign and domestic issues, and I even studied the vision he has for America. I also like the fact that he is a person who can learn from the past and can make tough decisions under pressure. America needs a President who is a true Patriot, and I truly believe that man is Gov. Mitt Romney.

  12. Troy says:

    Very nice, smart, well informed,well argued points, with out sounding like a nut! We need more level headed people like yourself to talk sanely, and unjudgementally about these things.I tend to agree with you, and IF I voted Republican,it would probably be for Romney also.But, I will vote for Pres.Obama once again

    @Troy
    It’s easy as common sense…… Here’s the difference, better to save an innocent unborn child than it is to save an evil grown man claiming innocent lives.

    Not tryin’ to offend just tryin’ to help a brother out.

  14. Troy says:

    The thing is you can save an innocent unborn child,AND a LIVE PERSON who might be innocent of the crime.I dont know how people can say they are Pro-life,but want people executed.Or left to die because they dont have the money for treatment or drugs that might save there life,but if they have the money,we will help them.Once again, money talks.THAT is class warfare.@Abc123
