Hardball Panel Puts Mitt Romney as 2012 GOP Frontrunner

July 17th, 2010 2:17 pm Author: Luke

“I think by the traditional standards [Mitt Romney] is the front runner. As far as money, as far as organization and as far as doing it before,” commented Jonathan Martin from Politico. “He knows the mistakes he made last time.”

Jonathan Martin offers further commentary on all of the 2012 GOP hopefuls in a piece entitled Early Signs of 2012 Power.

    MSNBC does not mention Mike Huckabee ??? I WONDER WHY ??? He did finish in 2nd place in electoral votes last time. (Romney was 3rd) In a recent poll, he was the leader among Republican voters. If he runs, he will win. Romney has flip flopped on abortion and his Mass.
    Healthcare is a disaster. Huckabee will chew him up in a debate. On Nov. 5, 2008, I put a
    HUCKABEE/PALIN sticker in my car window, and it is still there. Conservatives do not need a
    (Scott Brown) Romney as President.

    @Bob Carey

    Your bumper sticker sounds cute; unfortunately, it may not be worth ruining your paint job. Huck is so comfy with his FOX salary that he won’t want to give that up to become the leader of the free world (shudder).

    Might want to reinvest in one of these bumperstickers: http://mittromneycentral.com/resources/mitt-romney-2012-store/

    Mitt Romney for President and Eric Cantor for VP would be a dream team for restoring a Strong America

    Huckabee only finished 2nd because Romney dropped out of the race. Huckabee was too stupid to realize that he had no chance of winning.

    Mitt is the front runner in every category for the GOP. Huck is finished.

    to the Bob Careys of this world who think Massachusetts health care reform is a disaster, you obviously don’t live in Massachusetts. Most who actually live with the reform would keep it and don’t consider it a disaster. You don’t know the issue beyond what you have heard Romney rivals spread. You can’t form an informed opinion if you don’t know the facts and clearly you have no facts.
